Shipping & Returns

We have a clear and steady shipping policy. The following are the noteworthy details of our shipping policy. 

Our shipping business days are from Monday to Saturday. 

Any item placed on the weekend (non-working day) will be dispatched on the next working day. 

No expedited shipping amount will be refunded if there is a delay due to the unrest situation. 

The customer will be notified via SMS/email provided in order details once the shipment tracking id is generated.

It’s solely the customer’s responsibility to keep track of the shipment until it’s delivered and received. 

Once the shipment package is picked up from our facility by the service provider, we are not authorized to change the address or any details. 

We won’t entertain any request made by the customer to change the address or any detail. 

For rescheduling or any changes, customers must need to contact the shipping service provider.

We offer free shipping on certain orders that are over $69. Your order is eligible for free shipping if you are offered free shipping at the checkout. 

What disqualifies an order from free shipping? 

Order contains an item that is not eligible. The “Free Shipping” message will not appear on the product page of an ineligible product. 

Order with 10 or 10+ units or more disqualifies for free shipping. 

Orders with a reduced price, sales, or clearance items.

A discount code is applied to your order which reduces the cost to below $69.

Shipping prices are a flat fee:

USA: $7.99

CA, AUS, UK: $7.99

Europe: $8.99

Rest of world: $16.95

Most normal products follow the rules above.

Please note:

1, Due to the weight or size of certain products, shipping fees will be calculated based on the price list provided by our transportation service provider rather than a flat rate. The specific freight charges will be updated on the product page or sent to your email.

2, If you purchase wholesale goods in bulk, shipping fees will also be charged according to our logistics provider’s quotation. Please feel free to inquire.

All orders generally take 2-5 days to be created and shipped.

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it’s available.

Estimated delivery time is between 10 to 25 days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

As a general policy, we do not accept returns unless there is a significant issue with the product. However, in exceptional circumstances, please adhere to the following guidelines.

First, file a request for a return via email/customer chat support.Mention your reason clearly, “why do you want to return the product?” and enclosed herewith are your order number and delivery address.

When returning any item, please enclose your original packing slip with your return package. 

Please ensure that the product packaging/box is authentic and the returned product remains in its original condition as it was delivered to you.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returns.

Customers are not eligible to return individual items from the bundle. We only accept complete bundles in return.

Once you’ve shipped the parcel, please kindly share the tracking number with us via email.

Once we receive the package in our returns department, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to be returned to your account.

Please Note: 

1, To process your return, kindly send it back to us via mail.

2, Shipping fees for your purchase are non-refundable.

3, All this procedure needs to be done within the 15 days of the delivery date. 

We reserves the right to refuse the refund of any merchandise that does not qualify or does not include all return information requested above.
