Refund Policy

We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, then your refund will be processed and returned via your original payment method. It will take at least 5-7 business days from receipt of the package to have funds processed back to your account. (Be aware that your bank or credit card company may require time to process and credit the refund to your account.)

All returns are inspected upon receipt to ensure that your claimed issue warrants a refund. If the inspection determines the returned item was falsely claimed as defective, we reserve the right to refuse a refund for merchandise deemed incorrectly returned or lacking requested return information.

There are no exceptions to this policy. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
