How long will it take to receive my package?

Please note that we require 3 to 7 days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 8 to 20 days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

I ordered multiple products in one order, will they arrive together?

Depending on what you ordered, your order may arrive in separate parcels. Although in most cases, all items will be packaged together.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept direct transfers like by Western Union or ect.

 

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express and more. We also accept PayPal payments.

What should I do if an item in my package is damaged or wrong?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

If the damage caused in transit cannot be used,we will file a claim for compensation with the delivery service provider for you.If you receive the wrong items from us, you can return the original package for a refund or request a new package, which we will arrange for you.

 

Please note:We may initiate an investigation into the damaged package. Please be sure to keep the packaging, as the carrier may reach out to you for an inspection.

Do you ship worldwide?

We offer international shipping to just about anywhere except some remote places.Please note that international shipments usually take 7-21 days to arrive, with possible additional delays depending on the destination.

 

It’s important to keep in mind that all international orders are subject to customs and duty fees determined by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.( However, don’t worry, as most common order are typically not subject to these fees. )

 

Only bulk orders that meet large certain quantity and value thresholds are subject to customs clearance under these regulations by the destination country.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive the tracking number, as well as delivery updates, via email and/or text.

How long do I have to wait for a reply to my email?

You should expect to receive a response within a couple of hours.

During busier periods (such as holiday shopping season), please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
